Services
Website & Media
Most small business websites were built once, launched, and then left. It still has last year's prices, three services you stopped offering, and a contact form nobody has tested since it went live. We take it over.
What you get: Enquiries you can count, from a site you never have to touch.
What we run
- The site itself — hosting, updates, uptime, speed, backups, security
- The words on it, rewritten as what you sell changes
- Photos and video of your finished work, collected and actually used
- Every enquiry route, tracked, so you know which page brought in which job
- Your Google Business Profile, reviews and local listings
What stays yours
We are not trying to take over your business. This is the part only you can do.
- Saying yes or no to how your work gets described
- Sending us photos from finished jobs — a five minute habit, not a project
- Replying to enquiries quickly. Nothing we build fixes a slow reply.
What this actually looks like
In the first month we do one thing: find out why the site is not producing work. That usually comes down to four questions a customer asks before they call you, and a site that answers none of them. What do you actually do. Do you cover my area. What does it cost, roughly. Have you done this before.
Then we fix those, in that order.
The part most sites get wrong
A site that looks good and produces nothing is a common outcome, and it is expensive twice — once when you paid for it, and again every month it sits there not working.
We measure one thing: enquiries, and where they came from. Not visits, not bounce rate, not a dashboard you will never open. If a page is not producing enquiries, it gets rewritten or removed.
Media
Photos of your finished work are the most persuasive thing you own and the easiest thing to never get round to. We make it routine: you take pictures on your phone when a job is done, we handle everything after that — cleaning them up, writing the caption, getting them onto the site and into your listings.
Questions people ask
Do we have to rebuild the site?
Usually not straight away. We start with what you have, fix what is costing you enquiries, and rebuild when the old site becomes the thing holding you back. Rebuilding first is how agencies bill you for six weeks before anything improves.
Who owns the website?
You do. The domain, the hosting account, the content and the code stay in your name. If you stop working with us you keep all of it.
What if I already have someone doing the website?
Then this pillar probably is not for you, and we would say so. We would rather run the operations or lead generation side well than duplicate someone else's work.

One conversation, thirty minutes, no pitch deck. If we are not right for you we will say so.
