How the fee works
One fee, monthly, agreed before we start. It covers the work in your tier and the time it takes to do it properly. It does not go up because a month was busy, and there is no clock running when you call.
What we spend on your behalf — advertising, software, print — is separate, agreed in advance, and billed at what it cost us. We do not mark it up.

Is there a minimum term?

What is not included?
Anything that costs real money on your behalf — advertising spend, software licences, print, photography beyond what we shoot ourselves. We tell you what those cost before anything is bought, and they are billed at cost.
What happens if it is not working?
You leave, and you keep everything — the site, the domain, the documents, the processes, the customer records. Nothing is held hostage.
Why not just hire someone?
If you have enough work to keep an experienced operations person busy full time, hiring is probably better and we will tell you so. Most businesses our size do not, and end up with a part-time person who is expected to be good at five different jobs.
