Business Back Office

Small businesses do not fail at the work. They drown in everything else.

Someone who is excellent at their trade ends up spending their evenings quoting, chasing, invoicing and worrying about a website. None of it is what they are good at, and all of it is what determines whether the business grows.

Business Back Office exists to take that whole layer off them.

How we work

Four things we commit to

  • You own everything

Domain, hosting, website, documents, processes, customer records — in your name from the first day. Nothing is held in an account you cannot get into. Leaving costs you nothing but the notice period.

  • We say when you do not need us

The audit sometimes concludes that the business is fine and the owner is just tired. We would rather say that than sell a retainer to someone who does not need one.

  • One fee, agreed up front

No hourly billing, no clock running when you call, no invoice you did not expect. Money we spend on your behalf is agreed first and billed at cost.

  • We report numbers, not activity

Not how many hours we spent or tasks we closed. How many enquiries came in, how many turned into work, and what each one cost to win.

Who runs it

The person you will actually be dealing with

Placeholder

This section needs a real biography: who runs Business Back Office, what they did before, and the experience that makes them credible to a business owner who is being careful with their money. A photograph belongs here too.

It is deliberately empty rather than filled with invented detail.

Ask us something hard

Whether we are right for you is usually obvious within one conversation. It costs nothing to find out.

We reply within one working day. No sales sequence.
