This page explains what happens to your information when you use this website. It is written to be read, not to protect us.

What we collect

When you fill in a form on this site, we store what you typed: your name, your email address, and — if you gave them — your phone number, your business name and your message.

We also store how you got here: the page you first landed on, the page you submitted the form from, the website that referred you, and any campaign tags in the link you clicked. This tells us which of our own efforts actually work.

We store a one-way hash of your IP address, not the address itself, along with your browser's user-agent string. Both are used only to block automated spam and to rate-limit the form.

We do not use tracking cookies, and we do not run advertising pixels. The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without building a profile of you.

Why we collect it

To reply to you, and to understand which parts of our own marketing bring in real enquiries. That is the whole list. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it for anyone else's marketing.

Who else can see it

  • Railway hosts the application and the database the enquiry is stored in.
  • Cloudflare sits in front of the site, provides the anti-spam check on the form, and counts page views.
  • Resend sends the notification to us and the confirmation to you.

Each of these processes the data on our instructions only.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept while there is a live conversation and for a reasonable period afterwards, so that we can pick up where we left off if you come back. If you ask us to delete your enquiry we will do it and confirm when it is done.

What you can ask for

A copy of everything we hold about you, a correction, or deletion. Email [email protected] and we will deal with it.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
